FAQs

Your Questions Answered

Is this safe?

The exam is absolutely safe. Ultrasound is the least invasive form of imaging and allows for a seamless and minimally invasive view of the fetus. If any concerns, please consult your doctor or feel free to reach out to us with any safety concern questions.

How soon can I know the gender?

The earliest a baby's gender can be determined with ultrasound is about 14 weeks, however, it is recommended to wait until 16-18 weeks for a more accurate determination. If you would like to know sooner we offer SneakPeek as a 3rd party service! This allows you to know the baby's gender as early as 6 weeks by blood sample with next day results (Next day being the day the sample arrives to their lab).

How accurate is gender determination?

The accuracy of gender determination, while above 90% by ultrasound, still leaves room for error, so its recommended you still consult with your provider for your ultrasound needs and accurate diagnostic information as well. Our 3rd party partner SneakPeek is 99% accurate and uses blood to determine the baby's gender as early as 6 weeks!

Can I choose not to know the gender

Of course! We work alongside all parents to give them the experience they desire. Please let us know prior to the exam and we will make sure to respect your wishes and stray from spoiling the surprise.

Do I need an appointment or can I just walk in?

While we would love to allow walk ins, our office space and time are very limited, unfortunately, and our availability varies day-to-day. To prevent interruptions, rushed sessions, and confusion we only allow appointments at this time! While we cannot guarantee availability, please feel free to call us to see if we have any open spots for the day, as there may be rescheduled/cancelled appointments for the day.

Is my information safe?

We do not discuss or distribute any personal information outside of our business. We only require the necessary information for documentation of services and you will receive a copy of all necessary forms/documents if applicable.

What's the difference between 3D & 4D?

The easiest way to explain is that 3D creates a three-dimensional image of the baby similar to a standard ultrasound but more enhanced. 4D creates a live video effect, almost like watching the baby on a movie projector from the inside.

Can I change my package in office?

Yes, you can absolutely pick a package that better suits your needs before the session begins! Once you pay for your package, however, we are unable to change it after we charge you. This applies to all promotions as well! No promotion applied can be swapped for another or used in combination with a different one.

What is the rescheduling policy?

Each package comes with a free 1 time re-scan, if needed. Sometimes babies are not so photogenic and won't give us the best pose for the picture. If we can't get you great pictures, even after a re-scan, just speak to us to see how we can move forward. We're here to get you the best images and experience possible!

We also require a 3hr notice to re-schedule or cancel. If for any reason you can't make it in after the time you have to reschedule/cancel on our booking page please contact us and we can help you! No shows will result in a $15 fee, no exceptions.

Can I Pay With Cash?

No, our services are electronic payment only. We recommend adding a card that can be used when booking your appointment, as it will require a card on file for no-show protection. Electronic payments (Card, ApplePay, Zelle, etc.) are accepted at checkout as well! We do not keep cash on site for safety, so if cash is your only option you MUST have exact change.

Can I bring a group?

We currently allow groups of 4, including small children, to observe the session in our suite. While we would love to invite the whole family, we have a very intimate setting and cannot fit more than a group of 4 at this time.
